With 5 spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, this custom-built residence comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or friends looking to reconnect with nature.

Our home is thoughtfully designed for convenience and entertainment. With 1 king bed and 4 queen beds, you and your guests will find comfort and privacy. For entertainment, unwind in the recreation room featuring a pool table, board games, and a collection of books. The home is equipped with satellite TV, high-speed internet, free Wi-Fi, and five HDTVs, ensuring that everyone stays connected and entertained.
Access to Our Point of View is a breeze with a paved driveway and parking area—no need to navigate gravel roads! The location is equally appealing; we are less than 5 minutes away from downtown West Jefferson, where you can explore charming shops, local dining options, and historic sites. Afternoon check in at 4:00 PM until checkout is at 10:00 AM.
When make booking request to us, we will email for some addiitional guest information of which we require repies to us at time of request, Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved.
In order to book our home you must read over the required Rental Agreement we will provide after acceptance, complete all required information, and return with drivers license verifying your agreement to the stated terms that they are acceptable and will be followed. Please notify us if have any questions on this.
All guests agree to, and will have, a hold placed on their credit card for a security deposit in the amount of $ 500 3 days prior to arrival. Providing all terms of the rental agreement are followed and there are no issues or damages this hold will be released after departure. If there are issues the card will be charged for the appropriate amount.
Only those listed on Rental Agreement allowed on property at any time, non listed guests not allowed without prior written authorization of owner.
Booking guest must be a minimum of 30 years of age- copy of ID required after booking.
No motorcycles or trailers without prior approval. No RV’s allowed.
No events, parties, or inside smoking allowed at property.
Golf cart drivers must have valid drivers license.
No animals/ retiles/ unregistered creatures permitted on or at property.
Children newborn through 6 years of age staying is not recommended due to house not being childproofed, having fragile objects, sharp edged glass covered table surfaces, and steep hardwood stairs.
